Detroit Public Library Visits Carstens

We are excited to introduce our students to Mobile Library visits during the 2023-2024 school year! We believe that these visits will be beneficial for our students and we are honored to have our school participate.

Mobile Library School Visits

Once a month for an hour and a half during the school year, the Mobile Library will visit Carstens. The Mobile Library schedules visits to serve as many schools as possible. Each class will have 15 minutes to use the Mobile Library. A library card account will be created for each class to check out items. Please note that the books cannot be taken home and must remain in school.
