State Representative Tate Visits Carstens

On November 1, 2019, State Representaive Joe Tate from the Michigan State House of Representatives, District 2, selected Carstens Academy to receive backpacks and school supplies. The backpacks and supplies were donated by Robert Jones of AT&T Michigan.

Represenative Tate spoke with students in a small assembly. He answered the students questions and told him a little about himself and what he does as a State Representative.

Principal Pearson thanked State Rep. Tate and Mr. Jones for visiting Carstens. The students were super excited to have a new backpack and new supplies.
