Red Wings for Reading!

Red Wings for Reading-The Detroit Red Wings and forward Justin Abdelkader are committed to improving literacy in the state of Michigan by offering an incentive-based reading program to local schools. The Red Wings for Reading program, presented by MESP, supports existing reading curriculum in grades K-5 by encouraging students to increase the minutes they spend reading both in school and at home. In early December, Justin Abdelkader, the Redwings for Reading Program and the DPS Foundation presented Brewer Academy with a library upgrade!
