3-Day Work-Based Learning Experience


The NFL Draft in Detroit drew an impressive crowd of football enthusiasts, thousands flocked to the city to witness the excitement firsthand.

At the NFL Draft, Breithaupt Culinary Arts students collaborated with local chefs, leaving a lasting impression with their Culinary training. Twenty-four students participated, each bringing their culinary skills to four renowned restaurants: The Kitchen by Cooking with Que, Fried Chicken and Caviar, The Locker Room, and Smokey G's. Together, they crafted delectable food, expedited orders, and provided great customer service, elevating the culinary experience for patrons and leaving a memorable mark on the event.
