Detroit Institute of Arts Winners

Thanks to the artistic skills of Mr. Hillie, three of Ronald Brown middle schools student art work was selected to appear at the Detroit Institute of Arts.  One of the three students work seventh grader Angel S. won the award for sculpture for all of middle school.  She received recognition for her artwork at the  Detroit Institute of Arts award ceremony.  Additionally, the eighth grader Donovan K. art work was selected by Attorney General Dana Nessel to appear in Lansing throughout the summer and into the fall.  Alicia H. also an eighth grader had her artwork displayed at the Detroit Institute of Arts.  All of these students are winners in their effort to create art as they see it.  We congratulate these students on a job well done!
