Free Dental Services Coming to Palmer Park!

Covenant Community Care Mobile Dental is coming to Palmer Park - please return the attached consent form by Thursday December 21 if you want to participate. There are printed copies of the form available at the school as well.

Services provided:
- State licensed dentists and dental hygienists
- No out-of-pocket costs
- Exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and
sealants provided.
- At select sites, fillings and extractions offered.
