21st Century - Program held after school for students in grades 3rd-8th. Includes academics and vendors of various classifications. Vendors will also teach students as well. (ex. art and photography)
STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics program
Title 1 Tutoring - After school tutoring program. Usually 2-3 days a week for 2 hours. Grades 1st - 8th.
Building Better Men- The Building Better Men Program (B2M) is a male mentoring/leadership program for males ages 8-18. The B2M program was started in 1991 by Odis Bellinger and was founded on the principle that young men can be successful despite challenges associated with absent/uninvolved fathers.
Beyond Basics- Beyond Basics are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1999, dedicated to enhancing literacy among students. Our student-centered approach is intensive, holistic, and multi-sensory, firmly rooted in phonics.
Monthly PBIS Celebrations- We offer monthly PBIS celebrations for students who have displayed good behavior for the month. This incentive program allows for the students to look forward to being rewarded for their good behavior. These activities include game days, dances, movie days and many more fun inclusive activities for the students to engage in.
Restorative Classroom- We offer restorative classroom activities to assist the teachers and students to develop a stronger rapport, reflect on ineffective behavior patterns and brainstorm how they can move forward.
