Burton International Academy is a dedicated school serving students from PreK through 8th grade, focused on providing a well-rounded education. With a diverse community of over 500 students, we aim to create an inclusive environment where every child is supported academically, socially, and emotionally. At Burton International Academy, we balance academic challenges with character-building to help students succeed in school and in life.

Our dedicated faculty is committed to doing what’s right for our students by engaging them across a wide range of subjects, including mathematics, science, language arts, and the arts. We are proud to be one of the district's leading K-8 schools and offer students a variety of opportunities to enhance their school experience. Through programs like student council, our students develop leadership skills and a sense of ownership. Additionally, our partnership with Wayne State University introduces students to enriching experiences that broaden their perspectives. With a strong curriculum that includes Spanish language instruction, we prepare our students to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
