Teachers Wearing Autism Awareness Apparel

In a heartening display of support and solidarity, the staff at Marcus Garvey Academy have come together to recognize Autism Awareness Month. Throughout April, they adorned themselves in vibrant colorful hands and puzzle piece T-Shirts to commemorate the unique strengths and challenges faced by individuals on the autism spectrum.

Autism Awareness Month serves as a pivotal time to foster understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). By donning Autism Awareness apparel, the staff at Marcus Garvey Academy aimed to amplify these crucial messages within their school community and beyond.
