1st Annual Fall Youth Art Garden

We believe in whole child commitment. Whereas, Champion is a whole child approach that unlocks students’ full potential. Art is integral to the creative and expressive nature of a child's development. This, and other art related projects, will showcase how important it is to give students a chance to use the right-side of their brain in the art curriculum which integrates multiple curricular areas. 8th graders at Marcus Garvey African Centered Academy are showcasing sculptures at the 1st Annual Fall Youth Art Garden sponsored by DEQ Arts Organization and Heidelberg Arts Leadership Academy (HALA).
