The Black Male Educators Alliance recently honored Principal Randall Coleman with the prestigious title of Principal of the Year. This recognition highlights his exceptional leadership and dedication to shaping a positive educational environment. In addition to this achievement, Principal Coleman is part of the Principal Wellness & Policy Fellowship, a program designed to equip school leaders with the tools and resources necessary to drive systemic change. The fellowship prioritizes the well-being of principals, ensuring they remain effective and balanced in their roles. Through this initiative, participants gain the capacity to influence policies that have a direct and lasting impact on their schools and communities.
