Congratulations to the Central High School Class of 2024!

We are thrilled to celebrate the beautiful commencement event held on May 30, 2024, in the school auditorium. The event was a joyous occasion, filled with families, friends, and over 80 seniors who proudly received their diplomas.

We were honored to have Dr. N.J. Akbar, a distinguished 2002 Central High School alumnus, as our keynote speaker. Dr. Akbar inspired our future leaders with his words of encouragement. Additionally, Bishop Corletta Vaughn, a valued Board Member, delivered a heartfelt message to our seniors, further enriching the ceremony.

Our students were recognized for their outstanding achievements, including scholarships, grants, and awards. We are proud to announce that the Class of 2024 received a total of $3.2 million in scholarship offers to attend 2-year and 4-year colleges and universities.

The entire staff at Central High School wishes our graduates nothing but the best as they embark on their future endeavors. Once again, congratulations to the Class of 2024!
