Turkey Trot and November PBIS

Carver STEM Academy celebrated a festive November with exciting PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) activities, highlighted by its inaugural Turkey Trot. The event saw students participating in a half-kilometer run, which featured fun and competitive stations along the way, promoting teamwork, fitness, and community spirit. The Turkey Trot was a tremendous success, drawing enthusiasm from students and staff alike, and setting the stage for an annual tradition.

In addition to the Turkey Trot, students enjoyed engaging arts and crafts sessions that showcased their creativity, making holiday-themed projects to take home. The festivities culminated in a vibrant Thanksgiving Parade led by the energetic Ms. Davis. The parade brought the school community together, celebrating the season of gratitude and creating joyful memories for all involved. Carver STEM Academy’s PBIS program continues to foster a positive and inclusive school culture with initiatives like these.
