City of Detroit promotes Vaccinations for children

At the NAACP 69th Annual Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner, the Spain Robotics Team was honored with the prestigious Great Expectations Award. This recognition highlighted the team's outstanding achievements and their commitment to excellence in robotics. Coach Tenetia Pulliam and Principal Frederick Cannon, who played pivotal roles in guiding and supporting the team, were present at the event. A memorable highlight of the evening was the team's opportunity to meet President Joe Biden, a moment that undoubtedly left a lasting impression on the young innovators. 8th Grader Aria Borum delivered a heartfelt speech and graciously accepted the award on behalf of the Spain Robotics Team.
