Randolph CTC Hosts All-Grade Level Meeting
On November 15, Randolph Career Technical Center held its All-Grade Level Meeting, providing students with essential information about their programs and responsibilities. Key topics included how credit exchanges between Randolph and their high schools work, the requirements for becoming a CTC Program Completer, and the importance of attendance, as missing a day at Randolph equals three missed classes. Students were also reminded to balance theory and hands-on assignments to succeed in their programs.
The meeting highlighted upcoming opportunities, including the Carpenters Union Senior Apprenticeship Preparation Group in January, Senior Planning Groups in December and January, and the SkillsUSA Kick-Off in early December. Seniors were encouraged to focus on scholarships, college applications, and post-secondary transitions. Additionally, students were urged to join the DPSCD Tutoring Program, which offers academic support and up to $2,000 for active participation. These initiatives aim to prepare students for college, the workforce, and a successful future.
