Clubs and Organizations

Destination Imagination

During the 2018-2019 school year, a select group of students in grades two and three were able to particpate in the Destination Imagination program. Destination Imagination is a world-wide organization that promotes imagination, creativity, technological, and scientific development. Brenda Scott Academy sent two teams to the regional tournament. The Rising Stars, our second grade team created a life size pop up book that told a story with fiction and non-fiction elements. The third grade team, the Brenda Scott Academy Eagles, constructed a structure that weighed less than two pound but held over thirty pounds.
