Transition to High School

Our eighth-grade students recently participated in an inspiring African Centered Education Rites of Passage ceremony, symbolizing their transition from middle school to high school. This profound event honored their cultural heritage and personal growth, instilling a sense of pride and accomplishment. Surrounded by family, friends, and educators, the students engaged in traditional rituals and received blessings, affirming their readiness for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. The ceremony not only marked the end of their middle school years but also celebrated their preparedness and enthusiasm for the next chapter in their academic journey.
