New District Tool to Obtain Basic District Information and Support

DPSCD Community,
The District recently launched a new tool that can provide any student, parent, employee, or community member information about the District and/or direct you in the right direction for support on various topics. Our District homepage now features Let’s Talk, a chatbot that provides real-time answers (in multiple languages) on a number of District topics — making it easier to navigate and obtain District information and services. If the chatbot is unable to answer your question, then you have the option to submit your question/comments/concerns, and our staff will respond within 3-5 business days. This system ensures that your questions go directly to District employees who can support you.

This advancement in customer service should not, and will not, replace the expectation that employees respond to emails and phone calls. However, it does modernize the District’s ability to respond to frequently asked questions timelier and hopefully lead stakeholders in a better direction for support.
