Another week in the books! While it may still feel like summer on campus, things are falling into place as planned. Instruction and group projects are in full swing, student council is set in stone, students of the month (September) were announced at Friday's townhall (see photo), homecoming plans (November 8th) are in the works, after-school programs and athletics run daily and 100% of our students showed up on Count Day: a true testament to the amazing and dedicated parents and students that we have as part of our community.
What can really be said of an entire, new class pulling their individual weight for their school? This linkage between expectation and production is a predictor for how our first year will go: our young minds have bought into the mission of their school -- design for positive change -- and they're eager to get to work.
