DPSCD Student Spotlight of the Week: Congratulations to Cass Technical High School Sophomore Anyla Robinson, who has been selected to represent Team USA in the International School Sport Federation (ISF) World Youth Championship. Ms. Robinson will be competing in Track and Field in the Kingdom of Bahrain as the only athlete from Michigan to represent Team USA. We are #DPSCDProud of you and all your accomplishments. Let’s cheer on Anyla Monday, October 21, through Thursday, October 31, as she competes at the 2024 ISL Championships.

Parent Academy Workshop: Join this week's Cyberbullying session that will inform families on Cyberbullying topic and cover methods for preventing and discussing with your students. DPSCD Application High School Window is Now Open!: The Round 1 application window for admission to five of the District's Application High Schools opens today Monday, October. 14. The deadline to apply is 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Applicants can apply for Fall 2025 admission to the following schools: Communication and Media Arts High School, Crockett Midtown High School of Science and Medicine, Davis Aerospace Technical High School, Detroit International Academy for Young Women and Detroit School of Arts.
