Save the Date for Parent Academy Workshop – Exceptional Student Education Parent Advocate 101/ Preparing for the New School Year: The Office of Exceptional Student Education is hosting a course next week, Tuesday, July 9, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Families will learn tips and tools they can use all year round to ensure their student(s) are getting the most out of their education. There are two locations and times to fit your schedule: Dixon Educational Learning Academy, 8401 Trinity St, Detroit, MI, 48228, 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. and Henry Ford High School, 20000 Evergreen Rd, Detroit MI, 48219, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. There will be free food, giveaways, fun activities for the children as well as educational summer bridge learning resources, and enrollment support.
