We Celebrate Count Day at BSA!

Count Day Celebration at Brenda Scott Academy October 1, 2025 Brenda Scott Academy was full of energy and excitement on Count Day! Students and staff came together to celebrate this important day with raffles, snacks, and fun activities in every classroom. Students in kindergarten, first, and second grade enjoyed a special cotton candy dance party, where sweet treats and music filled the air. For grades 3 through 8, the gym was transformed into a silent dance. A silent dance is when kids wear headphones and choose their music, creating a fun and unique dance floor experience. The highlight of the gym celebration was when Dean Fairely led everyone in The Hustle, bringing students together in a lively group dance. Smiles, laughter, and great moves could be seen all around. It was a wonderful day that showed the power of school spirit and community. A great time was had by all—because at Brenda Scott Academy, attendance matters! Grades 3–8 enjoying the silent dance in the gym.
