  • Report Cards will be distributed on Thursday, April 11thDPSCD families, report cards will be distributed and can be viewed in the web version of the PowerSchool Public Portal. In addition to grades and report cards, the Public Portal allows you to see your student’s attendance and scheduling information.   • Parent Academy Free Workshop - Cyberbullying: This parent academy session informs families on the topic of cyberbullying and covers methods for preventing and discussing with your students.   • Parents are Heroes- Parent Engagement Conference: DPSCD Families join the Office of Family and Community Engagement for the Second Annual Parents are Heroes Conference. This conference will offer breakout sessions, vendor resources and giveaways. Tuesday April 16, 2024, from 8 a.m. To 2:30 p.m. at Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center 400 Renaissance Dr. Detroit MI 48243. We look forward to seeing you there!
  • State Mandated Testing Begins this week! Spring state testing begins this week for students in grades 8 – 11 to provide important information about their progress toward career- and college-readiness. ESE students in select programs will also begin state testing which will provide important information about what they know and can do across multiple subjects.
