Check Out Five Things You Need to Know This Week!
Every School Day Counts: Each year schools are funded based on per pupil count, as we approach count day, now is a good time to make calls home congratulating students who have perfect attendance. You also may want to work with your school to plan calls this week to homes where students may have not returned or where you may notice patterns of absenteeism. Parent Academy This Week: Join us online Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. for a Beginners Guide to Digital Literacy. In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of being proficient online, so you can be an added support when your student faces digital challenges in their class work. Also, stay tuned for the new fall-winter Parent Academy digital and print catalogs that will be out soon!

Students Lead on DPSCD Peace Day: Peace Day was one for the ages across the District! Students, staff, and community members teamed up to recognize and learn more about peace and healing.
