DIA Special Performance By: Thomas X

Rapper and performer Thomas X visited Spain School in Detroit on Count Day for a special performance that students won’t soon forget. While in town to perform at the Detroit Institute of Arts, Thomas X took time to share his talent and culture with the Spain School community. He wowed students with a traditional Pow Wow dance, blended his artistry through rap and freestyle performances, and inspired everyone with his energy and message of creativity, pride, and cultural expression. His visit brought excitement to Count Day and reminded students of the power of music and heritage.
