The RBA elementary PE department has developed an initiative called "Playtime with the Principal and Friends." The goal of this initiative is relationship-building through play. Our students tend to see the adults at school as serious and authoritative. We want them to see that adults are HUMAN and still enjoy playing and having fun (even at work)! Our first session included students in Pre-School and Kindergarten. These students were able to come to the gym and play their hearts out with all of their favorite adults at school. It was hard to tell who had more fun between the adults and the children! Stay tuned for our November play date with First Grade!
