Unity Day
On Wednesday, October 22nd, students and staff at Roberto Clemente Learning Academy came together to celebrate Unity Day, a national event that promotes kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. The school community proudly wore orange—a color that represents unity and standing together against bullying.
Throughout the day, classrooms engaged in conversations and activities focused on the importance of treating others with respect and compassion. To mark the occasion, every student took a special unity pledge, promising:
“I promise to stand up for kindness, to include others, and to show respect. Together we are stronger!”
The halls of Clemente were filled with bright smiles and orange spirit as students embraced the message that everyone belongs and that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
