COVID-19 Consent Testing Forms Deadline is January 31, 2022! As a reminder, effective January 31st, 2022, all students must have a COVID consent form on file. Online Learning Extended, In-Person Learning Anticipated for Mon. Jan. 24 or Mon. Jan. 31 Based on current infection rates, online learning has been extended, with a scheduled return of in-person learning planned for Monday, January 24 or Monday, January 31. Get the Vax COVID-19 Clinics: In partnership with the Detroit Health Department (DHD) and other providers, the District continues to provide families free access to the COVID-19 vaccine for anyone age 5 and up. Click the hyperlink above to find a clinic near you. No appointment is needed. These clinics also provide first dose, second dose and booster vaccines.
