4th Annual Fall Harvest Festival

On October 2, 2019, John R King kicked off its' celebration of the 4th Annual Fall Harvest Festival. Our students were served a nutriitious lunch specifically designed by the DPSCD Office of School Nutrition.

The District is having their kickoff event on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Drew Transition Center, 9600 Wyoming St. Detroit, MI 48204. The event will take place from 11am to 3pm. It will feature the following:

Free event open to the public
Hayrides, Corn Maze, Pumpkin Painting
Cider and Donuts
Music by DJ Marty Bulger
Cooking Demos
Workshops and more
