Application High Schools

 Detroit Public Schools Community District exceptional selective admissions schools specializing in high-demand programs that prepare students for college and careers. Admission criteria vary, including academic records, minimum GPA, interview, references, and talent/proficiency demonstration.

Round 1
Students who applied during the fall were notified of their admission decision on Friday, January 30, 2026.

Round 2
High school applications will reopen at 12 p.m. Monday, January 26, 2026, for fall 2026 admission.
