At the helm of Thurgood Marshall Elementary Middle School stands an administrative team united in their dedication to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and academically rigorous learning environment. With over 40 years of combined experience in educational leadership, this dynamic team brings a wealth of skills, qualifications, and a deep-rooted passion for educational administration. Led by Principal Shannan Richardson, whose visionary leadership spans two decades, the team is committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level of the school community. Armed with multiple degrees in education, business, and psychology - including a Master's in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership - Dr. Richardson is instrumental in nurturing a positive and supportive school climate where every student feels valued and empowered to thrive. Together, the administrative team's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and scholasticism is palpable in their collaborative efforts to cultivate a learning environment where students from all backgrounds can excel academically and socially.
