With over 40 years of combined experience in educational leadership, this dynamic team brings a wealth of skills, qualifications, and a deep-rooted passion for educational administration. Led by Principal Shannan Richardson, whose visionary leadership spans two decades, the team is committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level of the school community. Assistant Principal Louis Carter, with a decade-long career dedicated to promoting inclusive practices, complements Principal Richardson's vision with a keen focus on ensuring equitable access to resources and opportunities for all students.

Joining them is Dean of Climate and Culture, Walter Richardson, whose extensive background in educational psychology and special education spans over 15 years. Armed with multiple degrees in education, business, and psychology - including a Master's in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership - Dr. Richardson is instrumental in nurturing a positive and supportive school climate where every student feels valued and empowered to thrive. Together, the administrative team's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and scholasticism is palpable in their collaborative efforts to cultivate a learning environment where students from all backgrounds can excel academically and socially. Their unwavering dedication to fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and academic excellence underscores their shared mission to ensure that every student reaches their full potential and emerges as a confident, well-rounded learner prepared to navigate an increasingly diverse and interconnected world.
