Keidan Dress Code
This is a reminder letter that all students must be in uniform as specified. Keidan Special Education Center will adhere to the DPSCD Appropriate Dress for Students K-12.
Students are expected to be in uniform the first day of school.
Slacks and Pants:
All slacks and pants must be solid in color: Khaki, navy blue, or black
Shirts and blouses: All students shall wear the approved color required by Keidan. Students at Keidan Special Education Center must wear a solid color: Navy blue, powder blue, or white
Skirts and Jumpers/Skorts:
Color: Khaki, navy blue and black, in a solid, single color
Jackets, Cardigans and Sweaters:
Color: Should match the Keidan Special Education Center school uniform (Navy blue, powder blue, black or white, in a solid, single color.
Athletic shoes, laced shoes and/or other shoe boots, loafers, dress shoes (no high heels), or other closed toed/closed heel shoes. Students re prohibited from wearing steel-toed boots or shoes to school.
- Hoodies and headwear (scarves, durags, hats, bandanas are not acceptable inside the building.
- Blue jeans are not permitted
- No oversized jewelry or expensive jewelry should be worn
Please Note: Any alterations to the required uniform dress will be shared with you in writing, (I.E. special occasions, field trips, incentive, medical, etc.).
