Degrees and Certifications:
Principal LeTanya Dandridge has been in the field of Special Education for 26 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge about providing educational services and programs to students with Cognitive Impairments and Autism. She has been the Principal at Moses Field for 8 years and looks forward to her 9th year. Principal Dandridge was educated within the Detroit Public School System attending Nichols Elementary School, Whitney Young Magnet Middle School and the former Murray-Wright High School. She is a proud graduate of Michigan State University where she earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Special Education for the Cognitively Impaired. She earned a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from Grand Canyon University and an Educational Special Degree in Curriculum, Insrtruction and Professional Development from Walden University, as well as, a Supervisory Certification from Eastern Michigan University. She has a love for students with disabilities and is a strong advocate for their rights and encourages their participation within the community. Her mission is to ensure that all students achieve both academically and socially beyond personal expectations and prior learning, that they experience an outstanding and enjoyable educational experience and are able to sustain the life of their choice by making a positive contribution to their communities.
