Mr. Lawrence Davis
Lawrence Davis is committed to educating students, colleagues, families, and the community through establishing strong connections. Currently, he has made the commitment to Detroit Public School Community District at Frederick Douglass Academy as the Dean of Culture. He holds a Master Degree Educational Leadership from Concordia University (2010) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in African American Studies and Mathematics from Eastern Michigan University (1999). Lawrence has served in the field of education for over 20 years. He has served on several educational committees such as African American Male Task Force and Southeast Oakland County Coalition. As Dean of Culture I firmly believe that success in education is about building relationships with all stakeholders.
