Mr. Rodriguez is a native Detroiter who has worked with youth for over 11 years. He is a trainer of Restorative Practice and High Scope. Mr. Rodriguez attended Crisis Intervention and Anger Management training. He has also worked as a chef for 15 years at various restaurants. He is a father of two lovely daughters ages 14 and 17. When he first started working with youth, he worked with students that dropped out of school and in the summer ran middle school summer programs. He has worked at Bennett Elementary since 2011 first as a Behavior Interventionist, and now as a School Culture Facilitator.  This is his second year with DPSCD in this role.
