City-Wide Student Council - Purpose

1. To inform school officials of student opionions on various topics which affect school life.
2. To improve student councils in all Detroit public high schools.
3. To involve students in high school student activities programs.
4. To unite Detroit public high school students.
5. To promote excellence in education in all Detroit public high schools.

City-Wide Student Council Mission

We, the members of the City-Wide Student Council, are responsible leaders in our respective schools. As students of the Detroit Public Schools, we wil uphold the rules of The Detroit Board of Education Code of Student Conduct. We realize that any infraction of these rules will be a reflection upon ourselves, our schools, and the City-Wide Student Council.
