The old library at Courtis Elementary School is no more.
It was dismantled and the $60,000 donated by the Renaissance Chapter of the Links to Learning has been used to transform that space into a new, state-of-the-art computer lab, outfitted with dozens of new computers, new window treatments and a fresh coat of paint. Now more Courtis students can receive computer instruction and so can their parents. The books from the old library were donated to the students and the school is in the process of setting up a Parent and Student resource reading room
