Once again, enjoy the magical world of Theodor Geisel Seuss, better known as Dr.
Seuss and his most fanciful and memorable characters at the celebration of what would have been his 101st year. Come and share the fun, Saturday, March 19th from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Main Library, 5201 Woodward across from the DIA. There’ll fun, food, games and of course Dr. Seuss movies. The icing on the cake will be the special guest readers who will add their own special touch to such Seuss favorites as ‘Horton Hears A Who,’ ‘Green Eggs and Ham,’ and of course ‘The Cat In The Hat.’ For more information call 873-0745. This celebration of the life and genius of Dr. Seuss is sponsored by the Detroit Public Schools, the Friends of the Detroit Public Library and The Detroit Public Library.
