Your child's great educational future is in a Detroit Public School especially Cass Technical, M.L. King, Jr., or Renaissance High Schools. If your child will be entering the 9th grade in the fall of 2005, you should get started now to take advantage of this great educational opportunity to possibly attend one of these high schools.

You will need to fill out an application so that your child will be eligible to take the examination for attending one of these high schools. You can pick that up at any DPS middle school or public library. Your completed application can be hand delivered to your child's current school principal but it MUST be received by Wednesday, October 27th. You also have the option of mailing the application to The Office of Research And Evaluation, Ste.100, 7430 second Ave., 48202.

Mailed applications MUST be postmarked by Wednesday, October 27th. No Late Applications Will Be Accepted. After your application has been submitted, you will be notified of the testing date. If you need more information call 313-873-6601.
