Program Purpose

The purpose of the program is to reduce drug, alcohol and tobacco use, and violence, through education prevention activities in our nation’s schools.

This program is designed to prevent violence in and around schools, and strengthen programs that prevent the illegal use of alcohol, tobacco and drugs, involve parents, and are coordinated with Federal, State and Community efforts and resources. This program is funded through the Title IV SDFSC Act, Federal Grant.
