The Marketing Department is always working to develop and schedule many events throughout the school year.
The Marketing Department continues to conduct food preference surveys with students throughout the District. In return for their participation, students receive a promotional item as a token of appreciation.
National School Lunch Week and National School Breakfast Week in October and March, respectively encourage student participation in the District’s breakfast and lunch programs. Students are entered into raffles for the chance to win prizes throughout the week.
In observance of Black History Month, OFS staff at most schools prepare meals that reflect the heritage of African Americans.
