Quality Assurance Department seeks to assure compliance with optimal safety and efficiency standards in the transportation of students. Assigned tasks includes monitoring drivers for on-time arrivals and vehicle cleanliness, visiting schools to investigate and resolve specific issues, ensuring that school bus driving mandates are being adhered to, inspecting wheel-chair buses to ensure properly equipped i.e. have harasses and safety belts and lifts work, assisting with collecting cab driver background investigation information, performing railroad inspections, spot checking field trip services, assisting with ensuring buses depart terminals timely and arrive at schools timely, checking to ensure pre-post trip inspections are performed daily and meeting weekly with school administrators on quality service being performed.
